1. Keep a semen sample (Leave for 30-60 minutes for liquefaction).
2. After liquefaction, draw 1 drop with dropper and add into test hole.
3. Turn on the light source (at the bottom of box).
4. Aim the liner hole at the light source and place it in the box.
5. The blue surface of the magnifying glass is upward.
6. Turn on the phone camera function, align the lens to the observation hole.
Now you may enjoy and observe sperm motility now. (You may record the sperm motility with camera record function)
