1 Buka balutan pek, anda akan dapat dua benda. Putik kapas dan kad bacaan.

2 Baca arahan yang tertera di bahagian belakang pembalut.

3 Ambil putik kapas dan sapukan pada vagina anda. Pastikan putik kapas itu sedikit lembab.

4 Sapukan hujung putik kapas yang lembab itu pada kertas di sebelah kiri. [seperti ditujukkan dalam gambar di sebelah]

5 Tunggu 30 saat.

6 Bandingkan warna pada kertas tadi dengan ukuran penanda di sebelah kanannya.
